David, the political landscape has changed markedly here in the past week. The outcome of the Massachusetts senate election will cause a major rethink in Congress on the way forward with the ACES Bill that the House of Representatives past last year.When you consider the dismal performance of the COP15 event at Copenhagen combined with the pressure of mid-term Congressional elections in Novemebr 2010, I would not expect much leadership from the US on climate change this year.
