“The Alliance for Responsible Citizenship (ARC) is an international movement with a vision for a better world where empowered citizens take responsibility and work together to bring flourishing and prosperity to their families, communities, and nations.

Our mission is to foster a community of changemakers committed to restoring and renewing the cultural, social, and economic foundations of our civilisation.

Our model of change is relational rather than transactional. Change comes through dense networks, and society needs leaders of character with a transformational mindset who will bring renewal to all levels and sectors. We believe that connecting, gathering, and equipping an international movement is the key to re-laying the foundations of our civilisation.

We are challenging the narratives of decline and crisis, the mindset of short-termism, and the vacuum of moral leadership. We are creating positive solutions, not complaining from the side-lines, drawing on humanity’s extraordinary capacity for innovation and ingenuity. We are lifting eyes higher to the good, the true, and the beautiful, and we are offering a hope-filled vision for the future of our societies.

We seek to answer 5 foundational questions about our future:

1.How do we tell a better story about our civilisation and culture that will give the next generation confidence and enable them to be optimistic about their future?

2.How do we strengthen the social fabric of our nations so that the next generation grows up resilient and we are able to take on the pressing challenges we face?

3.How do we unleash the business entrepreneurial spirit and restore good governance so that the builders, innovators, and pioneers can express their creativity and bring about lasting prosperity?

4.How do we remember that abundant, affordable, and cleaner energy is the key to prosperity, powering innovation, economic growth, and a better quality of life for all?

5.How do we develop a pro-human approach to AI and technology so that we draw on the best of these new technologies without becoming subservient to them?

We are citizens from around the world, but each of us recognises that our societies are at a turning point. The time to develop a better story is now, and we invite you to join us in building this vision together.”

I find myself in strong agreement with this organisation’s objectives and philosophy.
